Speak Out Revolution is a not-for-profit, founded in 2020, with a mission to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in our workplaces.
During March 2021 we invite you to join our think tank events as part of our #DesignHerIn campaign. We will discuss and explore the reality of women's work lives and shape solutions to the everyday barriers faced by women working in the Engineering sector.
We believe that everyone should be empowered to Speak Out, stand out, force a change to create truly inclusive working environments. Our Think Tank will output a #DesignHerIn playbook - A comprehensive guide to best practice solutions for the everyday barriers faced by women working in the Engineering sector.
