Archita is a MedTech professional with 16+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Archita has led teams in various capacities across research and development, quality engineering, marketing, market development and strategy. She has developed and delivered solutions for customers globally with a focus on the United States, Canada and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Latin America and Asia Pacific markets. 

She is also the host and producer of The Nine Oh Six, a podcast focused on raising the voices of ordinary women doing extraordinary things in our communities. Through this podcast she unpacks the stories of these women and shines a light on how success is defined beyond the proverbial corporate success ladder. It is through this work that she found her voice and commitment to building psychologically safe workplaces where people can unapologetically be themselves. Through her work with SpeakOut, she is resolutely focused to work with partners who want to look beyond metrics to help shape cultures of belonging and cancel out the silent acceptance of bullying and harassment in the workplace.
