Colleen is an experienced process and change analyst, she supports senior leadership in the communication of messages and implementation of change.

She also has experience in team leadership and supporting people and uses these skills to ensure that people are treated fairly and with respect.  Because of this, she is able to build strong relationships of trust with colleagues and management alike to help enable good working environments.
