Dale Fisher

Dale is a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer. Having previously been an Electrician for 10 years, he believes that being a visual thinker and working within a Design Consultancy, allows his breadth of knowledge and experience of Electrical installations to flourish, to better help and assist the clients, design teams and contractors that he works with.  

He is passionate about collaborative change and shares the Speak Out mission to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in our workplaces.  

He wants others to feel safe with speaking out and to highlight the importance of places such as Speak Out Revolution. He leads with empathy, integrity, and is also an avid promoter of respecting mental health.  

Dale is the Business Development & LinkedIn Account Manager, and wants to encourage companies and individuals to join the Speak Out Revolution. He advocates that no one deserves to be bullied or harassed. He strongly believes that the workplace culture is vital to the development and retention of staff, and that people deserve to work in a place that makes them feel safe and instils Psychological Safety. He is hoping to do everything he can to improve the workplace, and to allow others to have a place to share their experiences and to not have to suffer in silence.
